Carla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland. She holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Delaware. Along with Brian Brubaker, Carla oversees the Education Abroad section of the Center, including everything from strategic initiatives to special programs.
